🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Bhajiipala

At Bhajiipala, we aim to deliver fresh and high-quality vegetables. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we handle returns and refunds fairly and transparently.
🥬 1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- Items delivered are damaged or spoiled
- Wrong items were delivered
- Quantity is significantly incorrect
📌 Fresh vegetables are perishable items, so return requests must be raised immediately after delivery.
⏱️ 2. Return Request Time Limit
- Return/replacement requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this time may not be accepted due to product nature
📸 3. Proof Requirement
To process your request:
- Clear photo of the item
- Order details (invoice/screenshot)
- Brief description of the issue
🔁 4. Replacement Policy
- Eligible items will be replaced with fresh stock (if available)
- If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed
💰 5. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in approved cases:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 3–7 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway
- Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed via UPI/bank transfer
❌ 6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Delay due to natural causes (traffic, weather, etc.)
- Minor variations in size, color, or appearance of vegetables
- Incorrect address provided by customer
📦 7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed
