1. ABOUT BHAJIIPALA

BhajiiPala is a fresh vegetable and grocery delivery service operating in Washim, Maharashtra, India. We deliver fresh vegetables, fruits, beverages, and daily essentials directly to your doorstep.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

- You are placing orders for personal/household use only, not for resale.

- You are located within our current delivery area (Washim, Maharashtra).

3. ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

3.1 Order Placement

Orders can be placed via our website or WhatsApp. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation from our team.

3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a substitute or process a cancellation for that item.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations in fresh produce. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.

3.4 Order Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure order accuracy. However, for fresh produce items sold by weight, minor variations (±10%) may occur. We will not charge for quantities less than what was delivered.

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Washim city limits only. Orders outside our delivery zone will be cancelled and fully refunded.

4.2 Delivery Time

We aim to deliver within the time window communicated at the time of order. Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or high order volumes. BhajiiPala is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

4.3 Failed Delivery

If our delivery personnel are unable to reach you at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled. Perishable items cannot be re-delivered in such cases.

4.4 Free Delivery

Free delivery is applicable on your first order and/or as per current promotional offers. Standard delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)

BhajiiPala currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. Payment is to be made in full at the time of delivery. Please keep exact change ready.

5.2 Other Payment Methods

We may offer UPI, online payment, or wallet-based options in the future. Any such transactions will be processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways.

5.3 Failed Payments

In case of a failed online payment, the order will not be processed until payment is confirmed. Please contact us if you face any payment issues.

6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

6.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

- Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement, free of charge.

- Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

6.2 Order Cancellation by BhajiiPala

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to: product unavailability, delivery zone restrictions, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund (if paid online) will be issued.

6.3 Refunds

- If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method (for online payments) or as store credit.

- COD orders with valid complaints will receive store credit or a replacement on the next delivery.

7. PRODUCT QUALITY & FRESHNESS

BhajiiPala is committed to delivering fresh, quality produce. However, as fresh vegetables and fruits are natural, perishable products:

- Minor variations in color, size, or appearance are natural and do not constitute a defect.

- We do not use artificial ripening agents, chemicals, or preservatives.

- We strongly recommend refrigerating perishables upon delivery and consuming within the recommended period.

- BhajiiPala is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

8. USER CONDUCT

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

- Provide false delivery addresses or contact information.

- Place orders with no intention of accepting delivery (repeated refused deliveries may result in account suspension).

- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.

- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit our website or systems.

- Post false or misleading reviews.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any legal proceedings — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.
